I have been working for quit some time on the Loft Bed Project and finally was able to release part 2 in the video series. In part one of the series I built the four posts that will be needed for the bed and you can check out that part of the build here. Now in part two I use two of these previously made posts to assemble the foot of the bed. In order to build it in a way that I could easily disassemble it, this part of the build required me to install threaded inserts into two of the posts for the bed. The threaded inserts will allow me to disassemble the bed once it is complete and get it up into my sons’ bedroom for final assembly. This has been a fun project to work on and you can check out the part 2 project video below.
